Accountant (full or part-time)

Accountant - Payroll & Corporate Tax Focus
This is a key hire within the accounting & fiduciary team, working closely with the Chief Accountant and CFO. The position is part-time to full-time, ideally 60-80%, with some flexibility depending on experience and seniority. The role is fully office-based in Geneva (no home office).

End-to-end payroll management for corporate clients

• Preparation and review of payroll-related filings and social charges
• Liaison with Swiss tax and social security authorities
• Ongoing tax and compliance follow-up
• Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Audit preparation and assistance
• Administrative follow-up and client coordination Votre profil :
• 3-5 years++ of experience in accounting from a fiduciary
• Strong practical experience in payroll processing and Swiss corporate tax filings
• Experience using Abacus for payroll is required
• Proven experience in full-cycle Swiss accounting (not limited to data entry)
• Good knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations accounting standards
• Qualified accountant or studying towards a qualification a plus but not a must
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent English and French (B2 level or above in both of these languages)
• Comfortable working fully office-based (no remote work) A propos de Finders SA :
