Provide operational, coordination, and information management support Support stakeholder engagement and team operations About Our Client: Our client is an international company. Assist in the preparation and distribution of briefing notes, presentations, and training materials.

Information and Data Management
Provide administrative support for collaboration platforms (e.g. shared workspaces and team sites), including setup, maintenance, and user onboarding.
Support document translation processes and quality checks when required.

Coordinate business travel arrangements for staff and external participants, ensuring compliance with security and internal requirements.
Apply standard procedures to manage access rights to digital tools and communication channels.
Provide administrative support for specific budget oversight activities when requested.

Provide administrative and coordination support for standard grant management processes, ensuring documentation, data inputs, and stakeholder contributions are handled in line with agreed requirements.

University degree in business administration, public administration, finance, international relations, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional training or relevant work experience.
Experience working with digital platforms and systems used for monitoring processes and managing information.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in fast‑paced environments.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
