Quality - Supplier Quality Engineering

For our client, a leading global technology company based in Dättwil (Canton Aargau), we are looking for a dedicated and versatile Quality Engineer. This role combines technical quality engineering with hands-on chemical analysis in a research and development environment.
Quality Management: Develop and implement effective methods, procedures, and equipment to ensure the accuracy and quality of products and services.
Review and coordinate QA/QC specifications for specific projects or product lines; recommend measures to improve the effectiveness of quality operations.
Chemical Analysis: Perform detailed chemical analyses of gases and materials (polymers, ceramics, metals) using specialized techniques.
Laboratory Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments and the general upkeep of the laboratory infrastructure.
Assist scientists in the execution of research projects, maintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive test reports.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field with 2–6 years of experience, OR a technical vocational degree (e.g., Engineering Principles: Solid understanding of standard engineering practices and the ability to apply judgment to complex technical tasks.
Languages: Good proficiency in German (written and spoken) and a working command of English are required.
