Ingénieur de Conception et Développement Machine (H/F)
Votre Mission Rattaché au département Ingénierie, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'innovation et l'architecture des systèmes de production de demain. Vous intervenez dès la phase de réflexion stratégique (avant-projets) et pilotez le cycle de vie technique des équipements. Votre leadership vous permet de fédérer des ressources internes et externes pour mener à bien des projets de haute complexité.
Vos Responsabilités principales
Ingénierie de projet : Définir les spécifications techniques et rédiger les cahiers des charges pour de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou machines complètes.
Conception & Innovation : Élaborer des concepts mécaniques en intégrant les impératifs de "Design to Cost" et valider la viabilité technique (dimensionnement et prototypes).
Pilotage Technique : Orchestrer les développements en coordination avec les départements Automation, Achats et Production.
Gestion Opérationnelle : Superviser le travail de dessin/construction (CAO) et assurer la production de la documentation technique nécessaire.
Support & Cycle de vie : Accompagner les équipes de mise en service sur le terrain jusqu'à la réception finale et assurer l'évolution technique du parc machine existant.
Conformité : Garantir l'application rigoureuse des normes de sécurité et des directives CE.
Votre Profil
Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur (HES, EPF ou équivalent) en Génie Mécanique ou Microtechnique.
Expérience : Au minimum 5 ans dans la conception de machines spéciales
Compétences Techniques : * Maîtrise avancée d'un outil de CAO 3D (SolidWorks).
Excellentes connaissances des matériaux et des procédés de fabrication.
Aisance avec les outils ERP (type SAP).
Des notions en simulation numérique ou cinématique sont un plus.
Soft Skills : Esprit d'analyse, capacité de synthèse et aptitude à prendre des décisions techniques en autonomie. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre curiosité technologique et votre leadership naturel.
Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du Français et niveau B2 minimum en Anglais. La connaissance de l'Allemand constitue un avantage.
