Associate Director /Director

Sobi is currently seeking a R&D and Medical Affairs (RDMA) Strategy and Portfolio Associate Director to join our RDMA Strategy and Operations (S&O) group. The position owns the development, execution, and continuous evolution of RDMA strategy and portfolio insights, acting as a thought partner to senior RDMA leadership. Partner with Head of RDMA S&O to define and implement RDMA strategy
Lead the definition and execution of the RDMA digital and AI roadmap
Act as RDMA strategy lead in BD scouting and due diligence, ensuring consistency, comparability, and strategic fit
Drive preparation of high‑impact materials for senior governance forums
Experience in portfolio management, R&D strategy, or enterprise‑level analytics within Pharma/Biotech
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑level insights and recommendations
Experience working with senior governance bodies (LT, ExCom, Portfolio Committees)
Professional proficiency in English
Ability to solve complex problems, develop creative solutions, thinking dexterity
