Maintenance Process Engineer

Medtronic is hiring a Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring that all machinery equipment and facilities operate efficiently safely and this role you will plan and execute maintenance activities aimed at minimizing downtime enhancing equipment performance and extending asset life.
Additionally you will take ownership of maintenance-related projects and initiatives driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the facility.
Lead the installation modification upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to maximize reliability and operational uptime. Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs to increase uptime reduce unplanned downtime and resolve chronic equipment issues impacting production.
Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance technicians and process engineering teams as a subject matter expert (SME) in equipment reliability.
Define document and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules based on reliability data and industry best practices. Track analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness. Engineering background and education
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering tied to mechanical automation
Manufacturing production experience within the Medtech automotive or chemical domain
Fluency in French and English
