Role Title: Accountant
Location: Remote (US only)
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
Compensation Rate: $95,000 – $125,000 annually (part-time prorated)
4+ years of accounting experience (professional services/agency or SaaS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and month-end close
- Hands-on experience with modern accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, clean models); Excellent written English and async communication; Own month-end close: reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and financial package delivery
Maintain internal controls and improve finance processes through better systems and automation
Remote-first team with flexible scheduling (Pacific Time core overlap)
