Finance officer - Remote Work From Home Needed Immediately

Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g. Manage tax compliance and reporting, ensuring the timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting, with at least five years in a senior or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Proficient in spoken and written German and English.
Experience interacting with Austrian regulators, including the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Austrian Financial Intelligence Unit (AT-FIU), is highly desirable.
Successful completion of Fit & Proper Tests with EEA regulators (preferably with the FMA).
Immediate availability is preferred.
