The Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect is responsible for providing presales support to Barracuda’s customers. It also follows up with prospective customers during the evaluation phase to ensure they have the necessary support and information.

Works on projects involving the task of qualifying opportunities, validating technical requirements, and providing appropriate product recommendations to ensure customer needs are met

• Collaborates with sales teams to ensure the smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales phase and offer guidance on network security design and configuration based on client requirements
• Leverages specialized sales engineering knowledge in breadth and/or depth to a variety of issues/projects within the team
• Works in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goals
• Microsoft 365: knowledge of the M365 suite and its administration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, including email, users, remote users, networks, and applications
