Payroll Specialist (French and English)

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist!
Since 2010, Helvetic Payroll has grown to be Switzerland’s leading Payrolling company. Managing contractors’ salaries is our core business and it is with overwhelming energy that our team works to provide services that meet high expectations.
To reinforce and support our extraordinary Finance Team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our fast-growing company.
Handle the payroll for more than 1300 contractors (with fixed and variable salaries)
Verify all the calculations around the payroll (social insurances, tax at source, etc.)
Interact with social insurances and authorities
Help for any other finance/invoicing task
3 years of professional experience within a payroll team
- Very good level of French and English (B2-C1), German a real plus
- CFC or commercial diploma/maturité or equivalent, Bachelor a real plus
- Good command of Excel
- Accounting knowledges
Reactive, solution-oriented and creative
