Medical Affairs Coordinator
ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. As a Medical Affairs Coordinator at ICON, you will provide essential administrative support to our medical affairs department, facilitating the smooth execution of medical activities and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and databases related to medical affairs projects and initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of medical affairs processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or business administration.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.

Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems or databases is desirable
Most be fluent in English and French and / or German
