Per conto di nostro stimato cliente, solida realtà industriale attiva nel settore chimico-farmaceutico, siamo alla ricerca di un Accountant da inserire all'interno della divisione Accounting & Controlling.
Scopo della Posizione Il candidato riporterà direttamente al Manager Accounting & Controlling e sarà responsabile della gestione contabile operativa, interfacciandosi con i fornitori e con i diversi reparti aziendali (Supply Chain, Manager di reparto) in un contesto dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
Responsabilità principali
Gestione, verifica e registrazione delle fatture fornitori e preparazione dei pagamenti.
Verifica e importazione delle fatture clienti.
Riconciliazioni delle schede contabili di bilancio, dei mastrini fornitori e clienti.
Registrazione di incassi/pagamenti e riconciliazione puntuale degli estratti conto bancari.
Partecipazione attiva alle attività di chiusura mensile (accantonamenti, ammortamenti, ecc.).
Supporto nella preparazione della documentazione per la revisione e della reportistica per il monitoraggio aziendale.
Tenuta degli archivi documentari e gestione di mansioni amministrative correlate.
Requisiti
Formazione: Attestato di contabile cantonale, formazione in ambito contabile/economico o certificati di studio superiori.
Esperienza: Comprovata esperienza di almeno 3 anni in posizioni analoghe, con preferenza per il settore industriale svizzero.
Competenze Tecniche: Solida conoscenza della normativa contabile e commerciale Svizzera (Legge IVA e Codice delle Obbligazioni).
Lingue: Ottima padronanza della lingua Italiana e discreta conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
Informatica: Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (MS Excel avanzato auspicabile).
Software: Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di Oracle EBS e ONE200 (ex Sage 200).
Soft Skills: Ottime doti organizzative, autonomia analitica, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e precisione.
