Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Business Integration Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Integration Associate Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and business processes. The ideal candidate will support pre- and post-journey operations, oversee payment collections, assist with incident management, and help ensure a smooth experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Impact- Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams (IT, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to align and execute integration plans.

• Develop and manage detailed integration roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
• Drive process harmonization and technology system integration between business teams/organizations.
• Your Journey so farYou have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Integration Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.

• Strong knowledge of business functions and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change in dynamic environments.
