Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit moderner IT-Landschaft und einem starken Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit gesucht, die IT-Projekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung verantwortet und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT agiert.
Als IT-Projektleiter übernehmen Sie die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten in unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Infrastruktur, Cloud, Software oder Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Sie koordinieren interne Teams sowie externe Partner, definieren Projektziele, Zeitpläne und Budgets und stellen sicher, dass Projekte effizient und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.
Dabei überwachen Sie Fortschritt, Qualität und Risiken und sorgen für eine transparente Kommunikation gegenüber Stakeholdern und Management.
Zusätzlich wirken Sie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmethoden und IT-Prozessen mit und tragen dazu bei, Projekte strukturiert und nachhaltig umzusetzen.
Gesucht wird eine strukturierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über ein technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud oder Softwareentwicklung sowie Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden wie Agile, Scrum oder klassischen Projektansätzen.
Sie arbeiten organisiert, behalten auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick und sind in der Lage, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zielgerichtet zu koordinieren.
