Act as the trusted finance partner to Axpos COO and management team incl. Technology People & Culture Procurement Compliance and Strategic Projects
Take responsibility for controlling processes: planning forecasting and monthly performance reporting
Operate & develop analytical controlling tools incl. Design and optimize the financial framework cost allocation models and service charging schemes
Build and automate dashboards/reports in Excel/SAP/BI; raise data quality and speed
Support business cases and investment steering for IT programs and platforms; University degree in Finance Business Administration Controlling or similar
- 5 years experience in Controlling; ideally with IT Controlling exposure in a complex organization
- Strong IT basis: understanding of modern finance tools advanced Excel solid SAP (CO/FI preferred) and handson BI skills (e.g. Confident communicator in English (must); German is a plus
- Ideally you are comfortable engaging senior/Clevel stakeholders you are proactive analytical curious and able to simplify complexity into actionable insights
- Be part of the Shared Services Controlling Team with exposure and influence to senior leadership of the COO Management Team. Expect a steep learning curve mentoring from experienced controllers and meaningful impact on Axpos transformation and energy future.
