ELECTRONIC SYSTEM DESIGN ENGINEER 100% (all genders)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as an electronic system design engineer in a well-established Formula 1 racing team developing vehicle concepts/variants, considering the F1 2026 vehicle regulations that are currently obeying developed, with the focus on optimal PU integration
Design and package a wide range of electro-mechanical assemblies, interacting with the different engineering departments inside our team, complying with the agreed specifications and constrains.
Liaise with FE Analysts to ensure that components are analysed and optimized
Model and design components and assembly installations using 3DExperience electrical design package
Create 2D manufacturing drawings and supporting the manufacturing and build processes
Take care of the test bench installation
Follow reliability issues and successfully solve faults in an efficient and timely manner, as well as introducing continuous improvements
Support the design of off-car components and assemblies

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience in a similar role in F1/Motorsport
Good knowledge of wiring loom design as well as related problem solving
Good knowledge in composite and tooling design
Good knowledge on Catia/3DExperience
Experience using electrical schematics design packages
Professional English language skills
Experience in working inside a team with multidisciplinary engineers
Independent and precise way of working even under time pressure, highly self-motivated and result-oriented
Performance driven with winning mentality
A committed, proactive team player, flexible and innovative
