Laser Machines Technician - Europe

In this exciting and polyvalent position, you will be part of the Laser department team, collaborating closely with the Technicians Manager, the laser R&D team and laser sales team and with customers. After an intensive training period at the factory, you play a pivotal role in the commercial success of laser machines ensuring pre-sales and after-sales technical activities with customers.

Main tasks

Collaborate with the R&D team and sales team to conduct technical tests for internal projects or customer projects on laser machines
In collaboration with the sales engineer, prepare and proceed to demonstration tests during customers visits at the factory
Support existing or future customers on technical aspects related to laser machines
Install laser machines on customer’s sites mainly in Europe (Italy, UK, Poland, Slovenia) and occasionally in Asia, ensure training of users, maintenance and after-sales services

Your profile

Technical diploma or equivalent in Polymechanics, Automation, Electromechanics or Micromechanics
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an equivalent position.
Good background in CNC machine-tools ; background on laser technology is a plus
Customer oriented, good communication skills, high autonomy, flexible and responsible
Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe (50-60%)
Valid driving licence
Fluent in English and good knowledge in French are mandatory.
