Your Resposibilities

Oversee daily accounting tasks for cash management, credit cards/expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for our Swiss Racing Unleashed entities.
Prepare monthly closing, including inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
Coordinate the monthly closing activities of our subsidiaries abroad.
Manage VAT filings for our Swiss and German Racing Unleashed entities.
Drive process improvements in VAT/withholding tax/corporate tax, cash management, credit cards/expenses, cash forecast, and the implementation of new applications in our ERP system.
Lead the rollout of our finance processes and ERP into other countries as we expand our operations globally.
Collaborate closely with the CFO on various projects, providing financial insights and support.
Act as a business partner towards our business lines to contribute to the company's overall success.

Join Our Team - desired Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with holding a Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management certification considered equivalent. A Swiss CPA would be an advantage.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles (Swiss CO) and tax regulations.
Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in Odoo being an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
A collaborative mindset and the capacity to work closely with cross-functional teams.
While a passion for motorsport is not mandatory, an eagerness to contribute to our mission is highly valued.
