**Responsibilities:**

Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance during analysis.
Lead Kanban management in real-time.
Resolve complex problems within the expertise area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor analysts on equipment and GMP.
Manage equipment logbooks and procedures.
Participate in protocol deviations and quarterly reviews.
Produce identification trend reports and support inspections.
Act as an expert in managing "OOLs" and invalids, implementing CAPA.
Stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements.
Act as a backup for the supervisor and participate in risk analyses.
Collaborate on inter-site methods improvement and regulatory submissions.
Support projects as EMS and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Rule on analysis results (validity and compliance).
Coordinate with external/internal partners on analysis approvals.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum CFC in microbiology or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
- 2-5 years' experience in a cGMP laboratory or as an Analyst I
- Proficiency in laboratory methods, cGMP, and Data Integrity practices
- Fluency in English and French
