Analyzing and understand business requirements to design IT solutions
Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and system integration plans
Assess the feasibility of implementing new solutions and provide recommendations based on industry best practices
Work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals
Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to ensure cohesive implementation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (system architectures, design decisions, and configurations)
Act as an Agile product owner, create stories (Jira), conduct sprint planning and prioritisation, act as direct interface to developers
Manage the implementation of new IT releases in SIT and production
Ensure a first layer of integration & functional testing on delivered functionalities and organise detailed testing by relevant business stakeholders
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and systems
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues related to scalability and efficiency

My Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
In-depth experience as a solution architect or in a similar role
Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT architectures, systems, and technologies
Very good knowledge of CRM solutions and associated functions (sales managment, product catalog, offer management, eshop, service provisioning, care, self-care, billing, invoicing).
Knowledge MS Dynamics or Salesforce
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, security, database systems and API / REST services design
Proficiency in using architecture modelling tools and methodologies
Experience with an Internet Service Provider and/or TELCO
Strong understanding of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPBX and cloud-based architectures and strong understanding of end2end processes (from offer to cash, etc.)
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence
Very good oral and written communication in English and French and knowledge of German is advantageous
