Project Manager (Construction) Vacancy

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Construction) to join our dynamic construction team. This pivotal role is ideal for a professional who is adept at managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

As our Project Manager in Construction, your core duties will include:

Responsible for managing large-scale construction projects
Carry out all the technical and administrative procedures linked to your various projects
Develop construction details, manufacturing plans as well as assembly plans
Responsible for monitoring projects completely until assembly by field teams
Carry out site handovers as well as final invoicing
Play a key role as advisor to agents

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in French
You have successful experience in the construction of facades, roofing or locksmithing
You have validated and confirmed experience in project management: monitoring of working times, responses to calls for tenders, purchase orders and invoicing
Good knowledge of MS-Office and Autocad
You are capable of taking charge of large-scale projects thanks to your reliability, your autonomy and your organization
Management of assembly teams
Participation in the site meeting
Taking measurements on construction sites
Creation of detailed plan / construction plan
Experience working in Switzerland
