Main tasks:

Strategic Business Consultation: Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, challenging their perspectives to implement global best practices. Essential to this role is a deep understanding of intricate finance functions to aid in the modernization of critical finance systems and processes.
Proactive Task and Project Leadership: Take the lead in executing project tasks within your area of expertise. This involves coordinating meetings, monitoring task group progress, tracking project milestones, and exerting influence to ensure successful outcomes.
Global Team Management: Oversee global team activities encompassing service and change requests as well as projects of various sizes. Provide mentorship and guidance on ERP solutions, particularly focusing on S/4 Hana Conversion for FI, CO, TR, and BOFC.
Enhanced Efficiency: Effectively prioritize team tasks to optimize productivity. Ensure that deliverables are both timely and of exceptional quality.
Effective Global Communication: Engage in clear and concise verbal and written communication with global clients to gather necessary information for issue resolution. Deliver prompt and high-quality solutions to address customer concerns.

Your qualifications:

Academic Background: Possess an academic degree in business administration.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrate several years of experience in leading teams and effectively managing challenging stakeholders.
Finance Expertise: Exhibit profound knowledge in FI, CO, and TR, with familiarity in BOFC being advantageous. Additionally, possess extensive understanding of accounting principles and taxation, including Indian GST, GAP, and IFRS.
SAP Proficiency: Several years of professional experience in SAP FICO. Ideally, this experience should be complemented by relevant exposure to the manufacturing industry. Possessing SAP Certification in FI & CO is an additional advantage.
International Exposure: Preferably have experience working in an international setting, facilitating cross-cultural collaboration.
Essential Skills: Demonstrate strong communication (german + english), interpersonal, and leadership skills, coupled with a knack for conceptual thinking and innovation.
