For our boutique in Geneva , we are looking for an Operations Intern who supports our stock team in the boutique. This opportunity will provide you insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture. As a member of our team, you support our boutique team from assisting in product delivery to wrapping and packaging purchases to the sales team.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the sales team by being in charge to physically bring the products requested by the team from stock to boutique
Helping the team to store back the products from the shop floor to the stock during the day
Supporting in product delivery, replenishment, and transfers of products
Restocking product drawers and proximity stock locations throughout the day
Replenishment and maintenance of packaging stations around the store throughout the day
Wrapping and packaging assistance to the sales team
Tidying up around the store and maintaining strong back of house standards

Profile

Currently enrolled at a German university
Very well organized, reliable, hands-on and committed
Positive and open mindset and good level of communication
Excellent accuracy and attention to details and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in French and English, another language on top is a plus
