Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous learning and development
Be an active part of the Site Leadership team as well as Global HR Leadership team
Provide coaching and play a key role in the development of Senior Leaders and talent
Develop and implement site HR strategies aligned with global HR / Business objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent acquisition, development and retention of talent
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance on HR matters, contributing to the overall business strategy
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, employee well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
Oversee the full HR Operations, including compensation and benefits, performance management, HR KPIs, budget and forecast management, employee relations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

Your profile:

An established HR leader with +10 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience
A proven track record in a Site environment with a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and dynamics
Demonstrate strong business acumen and a solid understanding of Swiss Labour Law
Strong knowledge of global HR best practices, including talent management, organizational development, and change management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and German is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people from different functions, of different nationalities and at different levels within the company
Willingly accepts challenging assignments and opportunities that stretch and build capabilities
