Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Laboratory Technician to join our clients dynamic Quality Control team. As a QC Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our clinical and commercialized products by performing analytical testing and supporting QC laboratory processes. This position requires a strong understanding of QC laboratory operations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using a variety of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
Conduct quality control testing in accordance with established procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
Support investigations into out-of-specification results and participate in troubleshooting activities as needed.
Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods and procedures.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product release and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in a QC laboratory within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of QC laboratory processes and GMP regulations.
Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
