About the role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support the HR function in a dynamic and international environment. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, contributing to the delivery of effective HR solutions and processes.

Location: Visp, Switzerland (on-site min. 4 days/week)
Start date: 03/08/2026
Duration: Temporary assignment until 31/12/2026 (possibility of extension)

Your responsibilities

Act as an HR partner, providing guidance to managers and employees on people-related topics
Support talent management, performance development, employee engagement, and workforce planning
Contribute to the implementation of local HR strategies aligned with global objectives
Coordinate HR administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the global HR network
Track and analyze HR KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
Support or lead HR projects (recruitment, performance management, talent development, rewards)
Assist in organizational development initiatives and change management
Coach line managers on HR-related topics and best practices

Your profile

2?3 years of experience in HR, ideally in an HR Business Partner or similar role
Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
Familiarity with HR systems and data reporting tools
Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
