The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Head of Finance & Accounting to join our team. This hands-on leadership role balances complex finance duties with daily detailed work, collaborating closely with our CEO and founders.

Location: Must be based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies alongside the company owners.
Manage the token launch planned for 2023.
Oversee all accounting and finance operations.
Develop cash flow projections and reporting.
Lead annual and long-term business planning.
Maintain banking relationships and manage reporting.
Ensure strong internal controls and processes.
Drive process improvements and profitability.
Develop financial control systems and departmental communication.

Qualifications

Background in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of relevant experience, including token launch exposure.
Knowledge in Web3/blockchain projects.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with business law related to contracts.
Proficiency in financial software like Excel and Datastudio.
