Role level: Internship

If you are passionate about analytics for biotherapeutic development, this opportunity is for you. Located at the state-of-the-art Biotech Development Center (BDC) in Corsier-sur-Vevey, you will work alongside experienced formulation and analytical scientists in the Global Drug Product Development (GDPD) team. Your internship will focus on building knowledge of cation-exchange analytical chromatography.

Your Role:

Learn and use analytical chromatography instruments (Waters UPLC) with a focus on cation-exchange methods
Generate datasets on multiple biotherapeutics to assess the feasibility of this technique for high-throughput screening
Work alongside formulation and analytical scientists to gain a broad overview of methods used in drug product development
Contribute to our ambition of delivering more medicines to more patients, faster

Your profile:

Background in biology/chemistry
Experience with analytical methods for protein-based samples (e.g. chromatography, electrophoresis, affinity testing, ELISA)
Interest in experimental work and data analysis
High level of autonomy and proactivity
Ability to work well in a team
Good knowledge of English
