Job Summary:

At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team! As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business relationships and implementing a sustainable sales strategy in the region.

Job Description:

Sales & Marketing:

Achieve sales targets set by the organization
Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in the region
Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients
Maintain and improve Huisong’s brand image and reputation in the region
Develop new products and services for customers in the region
Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop short and long-term growth strategy in the region for the next 5-10 years

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales manager or business development manager
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the company
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
