We are hiring an IT support manager for our client based in Carouge, Switzerland .

Role and Responsibilities:

You manage the Information Systems Support team (Service Desk & Field Service) to ensure its proper functioning, organization and development.
You coordinate the handling, prioritization and resolution of requests and incidents.
You carry out internal communication relating to Information Systems and analyze key indicators.
You develop and optimize Information Systems services, processes and documentation.
You participate in the development and implementation of the Information Systems strategy.

Ideal profile:

Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) in computer science or deemed equivalent.
3 years minimum as an IT support manager in mass distribution, an asset, with team management.
French (fluent)
German (excellent knowledge)
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all types of people.
Open-mindedness and sense of service.
Resistance to stress and adaptability to fluctuations in work rhythms.
ITIL Foundation Certification
