Werde zur Führungskraft bei clever fit und leite Dein Studio mit einem Team mit bis zu 6 Mitarbeitern!
Schon während Deines Studiums erhältst Du ein Gehalt und lernst alles, was es zur zukünftigen Führungskraft bei clever fit braucht. Neben Deiner bezahlten Vollzeit-Stelle hast Du jeden Monat eine 2-3 tägige Präsenzphase an der Hochschule (auch digital als Fernstudium möglich).

Darüber hinaus kannst Du folgende Master-Studiengänge absolvieren:
- Master of Arts Fitnessökonomie
- Master of Arts Sportökonomie
- Master of Arts Sport- und Gesundheitsmanagement
- Master of Arts Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement
Aufgaben
- Mitgliederbetreuung auf der Trainingsfläche, Durchführung von Probetrainings, Erstellung von Trainingsplänen und aktive Begleitung
- Gewinnung und Bindung von Mitgliedern
- Gewährleistung des Qualitätsstandards gemäss Mitarbeiterhandbuch
- Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung unter Einhaltung der internen und externen Richtlinien
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Marketing-Massnahmen oder Events
- Einhaltung sämtlicher Reglemente, Vorschriften und Gesetze
- Mithilfe bei der Rückgewinnung von gekündigten Mitgliedern
- Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Zielvorgaben hinsichtlich der Google-Bewertungen und Probetrainingsstatistiken
- Reinigungsarbeiten
Qualifikation
- Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Matura
- Abschluss Fitnesstrainerlizenz oder in Ausbildung
- Fitnessinteressiert, vertrauenswürdig, loyal und teamfähig
- gepflegtes Auftreten
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch mündlich
