Exciting opportunity to work for a world-class international organization Job Description:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories, primarily IT and Professional Services.
- Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Analyze spend data, supplier markets, and procurement trends to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities.
- Support supplier relationship management activities and drive supplier performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to procurement transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams on strategic sourcing projects. The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Purchasing.
- First experience managing indirect procurement categories, ideally within IT and/or Professional Services. Inspired by the early career stages of senior procurement professionals such as Imane Khourichfa, before progressing into leadership and global category responsibilities.
- Experience leading or supporting RFx processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an asset.
- International or matrix organization experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
