Join the Compliance Department as a Compliance Officer in the Onboarding Corporate Team. You will have multiple tasks which include: /p /brul /brliAnalysis of account opening requests from corporate clients (such as active/passive companies, trusts, collective investments schemes, financial institutions, external asset managers, etc.) from an AML/CTF (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB 20) and sanction standpoint. This includes the review of tax compliance aspects, such as FATCA, QI and CRS, /li /brliDrafting of internal memorandums, especially regarding high risk clients, /li /brliOptimization of internal processes and guidelines, contribution to the drafting of procedures, /li /brliParticipation in key regulatory projects, /li /brliSupport and advice to the Front line, foreign entities of Swissquote Group and management. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor or Master degree preferably in Laws/Economics or proven relevant experience in the banking sector, /li /brliMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within a financial institution, in an AML/CTF compliance position in relation to complex corporate structures, /li /brliExperience in regulatory audit in Switzerland (regulatory and/or AML/CTF compliance audit for financial institutions, big 4) is a plus, /li /brliStrong command of complex corporate structures, in particular trusts and collective investment schemes, /li /brliSolid knowledge of AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB 20; familiarity with other relevant regulations (FinSA, FinIA, CISA) is an asset, /li /brliHighly developed analytical and organizational skills, /li /brliVery good writing and communication skills in French and English (additional languages are an asset), /li /brliCollaborative team player, comfortable in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environments. /li /br /ul /brh3Additional Information /h3 /brpPlease note that Swissquote never requests sensitive personal information or payment of any kind during the recruitment process.
