Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Office Manager (H/F).
Missions principales :
- Accueil physique et téléphonique des clients.
- Gérer l'intendance et l'approvisionnement des fournitures, boissons, commandes.
- Contrôler le courrier entrant et sortant ; coordonner les réponses et attirer l'attention sur les questions urgentes et importantes ; gérer les boîtes aux lettres génériques.
- Coordonner et fournir un soutien administratif lors des réunions, conférences, ateliers et autres événements.
- Maintenir les systèmes de classement et de référence de l'unité de travail; mettre à jour sites web, bases de données et autres systèmes de gestion de l'information.
Compétences et qualifications requises :
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et anglais impératif (oral et écrit). D'autres langues sont un atout.
- Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans en tant que Office Manager
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et sens du détail.
- Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
- Sens de la confidentialité et de la discrétion.
