Suchen Sie Ihren nächsten Karriereschritt in einem internationalen Corporate-Finance-Umfeld? Unser Valuation & Financial Modelling Team unterstützt Kunden dabei, Wert im Zusammenhang mit M&A, Joint Ventures, Post-Merger-Integrationen, Restrukturierungen und Streitigkeiten zu schaffen, zu steigern und zu erhalten.
Ihr Beitrag bei KPMG
- Durchführung von Bewertungen (z. B. Unternehmen, immaterielle Vermögenswerte) und Finanzanalysen, Marktforschung, Kapitalmarkt- und Kapitalkostenanalysen
- Entwicklung komplexer, integrierter Finanzmodelle
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten wie Fairness Opinions, Preisanalysen für M&A-Transaktionen, Bewertungen für Rechnungslegungs- und Steuerplanungszwecke oder Schiedsverfahren
- Bewertung komplexer Finanzinstrumente (z. B. Optionen, Derivate, komplexe Schuldinstrumente, strukturierte Produkte)
- Zusammenarbeit mit grossen internationalen Konzernen sowie mittelständischen Unternehmen, oft in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Aktive Interaktion mit Kunden und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen KPMG-Experten, wie unserem Due-Diligence- oder Restrukturierungsteam oder mit unseren Experten für Rechnungslegung, Steuern und Recht
- Unterstützung bei Angebotsarbeiten und Marketinginitiativen
Das macht Sie erfolgreich
- Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance in einem internationalen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS PowerPoint sind Voraussetzung
- Starke numerische, analytische und Modellierungsfähigkeiten, fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzanalyse und traditionellen Bewertungsmethoden (z. B. DCF, Multiples) sowie Detailgenauigkeit
- Kenntnisse in Bewertungsmethoden für Wertpapiere (z. B. Optionen, Derivate) sowie Modellierungstechniken wie Monte-Carlo-Simulationen oder Lattice-Modelle sind von Vorteil
- Unternehmerische Denkweise und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten in einem komplexen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld zu setzen
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch; Kenntnisse weiterer Sprachen sind von Vorteil
