Our mission is to provide our expertise in home care and support, to accompany the life projects of the inhabitants of the canton of Neuchâtel. We are firmly committed to making these services accessible to everyone residing in the canton, regardless of age, social or economic situation. Our services are provided by a network of small nursing teams, operating autonomously and agilely, and distributed across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon .

Your missions

At the heart of the field, you play a key role in the quality and continuity of care

• Perform a variety of medico-technical care, fully exploiting your know-how and autonomy as an ASSC
• Ensure proactive clinical monitoring, guaranteeing patient safety and well-being
• Apply care protocols rigorously and professionally
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a stimulating and humane environment
• Actively participate in the support and training of new collaborators, apprentices and ASSC interns
• Be a driving force in continuous improvement, optimisation of services and the promotion of the profession

Your profile

• Swiss ASSC Federal VET Diploma (CFC)

• Initiative, autonomy and clinical sense

• Good interpersonal skills and human commitment

• Driving licence essential
