SR Manager, GTC- Digital Enablement

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager for Global Trade Control Digital Enablement to lead strategy and implementation of digital, analytics, and automation solutions across trade compliance functions. This role combines trade regulatory knowledge with digital product leadership to enhance compliance visibility and operational efficiency across multiple global locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global trade controls digital enablement roadmap including analytics, automation, and AI capabilities
- Translate trade regulations and business requirements into control specifications, user stories, and scalable solutions
- Lead design, implementation, and governance of trade technology solutions across customs, classification, and export controls
- Establish data governance standards, quality requirements, and performance measures for trade compliance data
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver capabilities within agreed scope and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in global trade, supply chain, business, information systems, or related field
- Seven or more years in global trade compliance, trade operations, digital enablement, or data analytics
- Working knowledge of customs, tariff classification, export controls, restricted-party screening, and related trade processes
- Demonstrated experience leading technology and transformation initiatives from requirements through implementation and adoption
- Ability to translate complex trade and compliance requirements into scalable digital and analytics solutions
- Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
