Pour notre client situé à Genève, nous recherchons un Payroll Officer (H/F), dans le cadre d'une mission temporaire.
Missions et responsabilités :
- Réunir, gérer et réaliser les éléments nécessaires à l'établissement des salaires de l'ensemble du personnel
- Contrôler l'exactitude des données traitées et valider le paiement des salaires et des décomptes
- Garantir le suivi et le calcul des droits liés à une modification contractuelle
- Etablir les déclarations maladie, accident, maternité
- Communication et correspondance internes et externes
- Fournir toute information utile dans son domaine de compétence
- Être force de proposition pour l'amélioration des processus et procédures en vigueur
- Garantir la confidentialité absolue des données traitées
- CFC de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente, complété par un certificat d'assistant.e en gestion du personnelou par de la formation continue assurances sociales ou en gestion des salaires
- Brevet de spécialiste en ressources humaines ou en assurances sociales, un atout
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des salaires avec des public cibles variés.
- Personnalité avenante, sachant faire preuve de disponibilité et doté d'un grand sens du service
- Connaissances particulières des lois et règlements relatifs aux salaires d'un établissement public autonome
- Capacité de rédaction et de synthèse
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels (Word, Excel)
- Expérience en comptabilité, un atout.
