Your Journey So FarTo be successful in this role, you have: 

Proven experience as a Tailor, Seamstress, or in a similar role, preferably on board a cruise ship or in a large hospitality setting. 

Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, fabrics, and garment construction, with the ability to perform both machine and hand-stitching. 

Ability to alter, repair, and adjust uniforms to meet company standards and individual needs. 

Experience in handling industrial sewing machines, overlockers, and pressing equipment. 

Previous experience in managing inventory and uniform distribution is a plus. 

Your EssentialsFluency in English (oral and written) to communicate effectively with team members and different departments. 

Relevant tailoring qualifications or certifications in sewing, garment construction, or a related field. 

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining precision and quality. 

Team player with strong organizational skills, ensuring uniform requests and repairs are completed efficiently. 

Flexibility to adapt to a shipboard environment, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
