Responsabilità
- Allineamento con gli obiettivi e le politiche aziendali e di dipartimento vendita
- Applicazione delle procedure amministrative e delle strategie commerciali di HQ
- Gestione organizzativa e operativa delle attività di vendita attiva all’interno del punto vendita nel rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali
- Responsabilità di un servizio di alto livello per i clienti del punto vendita (customer experience)
- Collaborazione attiva con i colleghi per efficientare le procedure e garantire il miglior servizio possibile
- Gestione del post vendita e di eventuali reclami
- Attività di back office amministrativo legato agli ordini e al riassortimento del punto vendita
Profilo
- Formazione commerciale
- Conoscenza del mondo dell’enologia e del vino come prodotto di vendita
- Ottimo tedesco/svizzero tedesco
- Buona conoscenza di inglese, francese e italiano
- Buona conoscenza dei principali mezzi informatici
- Forte orientamento al risultato, buone capacità commerciali
- Attitudine propositiva, orientata al cliente e alla sua soddisfazione
- Persona affabile, con atteggiamento integro e professionale
- Buone doti di comunicazione
- Autonomia organizzativa e buon senso delle priorità
