About the roleGlobal end to end 360°communication delivery to support the brand, the product innovation launches and commercial innovation (i.e. claims, minor packaging upgrades) programs. Particular focus and expertise required on digital communication and go-to-market.Develop global brand strategy for the next 3 years by leading the Brand Growth Plan .Full global PL ownership and responsibility of respective projects.Lead the day-to-day relationship with the key Design Markets to deliver sustained strong results, as well as lead a full cross-functional team to deliver the PL.What we are looking forAvailable for an 8-month fixed-term contract.Significant experience (10+ years) in marketingStrong experience (3-5 years) in a Global Marketing Role for an FMCG or OTC companyStrong experience in digital marketing including digital strategy, content creation, and e-commerceWorld class brand, category or portfolio management experience including :Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful 360 degree brand assets through all consumer touch pointsTrack record of contributions to the strategic planning process, ideally at both a category and brand levelProven track record of creating and delivering an enduring innovation pipelineSignificant proven track record of driving brand growthDemonstrated ability to identify and deploy powerful insights that drive growthProven delivery of flawless launchesDemonstrated ability to harness the shopper-consumer-expert relationshipsStrong experience in media planning strategyExperience (and ideally have lived/worked in) in both developed and developing marketsProven PL/budget management, complex project management, business developmentAbility to lead within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areasExperience in leading business growth in complex regulatory environmentsExperience in managing a broad, diverse teamScience based marketing experienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, MBA preferredWhy Haleon?Our Win as One Framework is a simple, stretching definition of our future direction.
