Dispatcher / Technical Support Coordinator (H/F/D)

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client recherche un(e) Dispatcher / Technical Support Coordinator pour assurer la coordination des activités techniques et le suivi opérationnel des interventions sur le terrain. Il s'agit d'une mission temporaire avec de réelles perspectives d'engagement fixe suite à plusieurs départs au sein de l'équipe.
Vos responsabilités
- Assurer le support administratif et opérationnel des activités Télécom / Fibre optique B2B.
- Coordonner et suivre les interventions des techniciens sur le terrain.
- Gérer les activités de back-office et la relation quotidienne avec les techniciens.
- Contrôler et valider les mandats ainsi que leur bonne exécution.
- Effectuer les commandes de matériel et assurer leur suivi.
- Participer à la planification des activités et à la coordination des projets.
- Garantir le respect des délais et des processus internes.
- Collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs internes et externes sur l'ensemble du périmètre Romandie (principalement Vaud et Valais).
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste de coordination, dispatching, support technique ou gestion opérationnelle.
- Connaissances du secteur des télécommunications, de la fibre optique ou d'un environnement technique similaire.
- Expérience en gestion de projets et en planification d'activités.
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office.
- Connaissances de SAP appréciées et idéalement maîtrisées.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service.
- Personnalité organisée, rigoureuse et proactive.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'allemand indispensable.
