Je recherche pour une manufacture horlogère basée à Genève un(e) Data Analyst spécialisé(e) en Intelligence Artificielle et automatisation, dans le cadre d'une mission de longue durée.
Au sein de la Division Commerciale, vous aurez pour objectif d'accompagner la transformation digitale des activités en identifiant et en mettant en ?uvre des solutions innovantes basées sur l'IA générative, l'IA agentique et l'automatisation des processus.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et concevoir des solutions permettant d'optimiser les processus métiers.
- Développer et déployer des cas d'usage autour des assistants IA et des agents intelligents appliqués aux opérations commerciales et logistiques (gestion des commandes, analyse des flux, prévisions, automatisation administrative, optimisation des workflows).
- Concevoir des outils et approches permettant de générer des gains de productivité mesurables et durables.
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des nouvelles technologies digitales et favoriser l'utilisation des outils IA au quotidien.
- Participer à l'animation de la communauté IA interne et partager les bonnes pratiques.
- Structurer, documenter et capitaliser les solutions développées afin de garantir leur pérennité.
- Sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques liées au prompt engineering et à l'utilisation responsable de l'intelligence artificielle.
- Contribuer aux différents projets d'innovation numérique portés par les équipes de la division.
- Formation supérieure (Master) dans le domaine de l'informatique, des systèmes d'information, de l'innovation digitale ou domaine équivalent (HEPIA, HEG Genève, UNIGE, UNIL, EPFL, HES-SO?).
- Forte appétence pour les technologies d'intelligence artificielle générative et leurs applications concrètes en entreprise.
- Bonne compréhension des modèles de langage (LLM) tels que GPT, Claude, Mistral, Llama ou Gemini.
- Connaissances avancées en prompt engineering.
- Compréhension des architectures IA modernes : RAG, agents autonomes, appels de fonctions, orchestration multi-agents.
- Bonnes bases en Python pour le scripting, l'intégration d'API et l'automatisation.
- Sensibilité aux enjeux liés à la sécurité des données, à la gouvernance IA et à la confidentialité.
