Every year we reliably supply millions of doses of our products across a range of therapeutic classes, including anaesthesia and analgesia, while expanding to address further healthcare needs. /ppTo strengthen our Digital Affairs Department at our headquarter in Mendrisio (Switzerland), we are currently looking for a bSenior SAP Project Manager Operation FI /b. /ph3Position Summary /h3pReporting to the Corporate Digital Affairs Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing IT activities related to the management and implementation of the ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), interpreting business needs, identifying expected outcomes, and defining technical-functional analyses and documentation while coordinating development and the adoption of proposed solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate activities for one or more projects related to the implementation of the company's new ERP (SAP S/4HANA). /liliSupport the software and vendor selection process within their areas of expertise. /liliWork closely with System Integrators in the dual role of Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for one or more functional areas within the project. /liliIndependently manage, in collaboration with System Integrators, the following activities:ulliPlanning and coordination of all project activities. /liliAssessment and gap analysis within their area of expertise in support of business functions. /liliDesign of the SAP solution within their area of expertise. /liliCoordination of testing activities in line with protocols and best practices required in the pharmaceutical industry. /liliSupport and coordinate future maintenance activities for the new application platform, both corrective and evolutive. /liliCoordinate user training activities to ensure effective adoption of the new systems by the business. /liliCoordinate, as Project Manager, initiatives aimed at developing software and applications (standalone systems integrated with SAP, web apps, mobile apps). /li /ul /li /ulh3Qualifications And Skills /h3ulliDegree or educational background in Information Technology. /liliTechnical expertise in SAP, with experience in the use and implementation of management software (ERP systems). /liliKnowledge of the FI and CO modules, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. /liliUnderstanding of core business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash). /liliProficiency in Italian and English. /li /ulh3We offer /h3pFulltime permanent employment in a dynamic and scientifically driven working environment.
