Junior Data Analyst - Medical Platform Operations

We are opening a position for a Junior Data Analyst - Medical Platform Operations to strengthen the team of our client based in Nyon. This role is part of the deployment and operation of a platform dedicated to the management of medical data, with a strong focus on data quality, reliability, and structuring to support analytical activities and research.
Job Responsibilities- Contribute to data collection and flow within the platform and associated reporting activities
- Perform regular validation, consistency, and data cleaning checks
- Identify anomalies (missing data, inconsistencies, outliers) and coordinate their correction with stakeholders
- Participate in documenting data management rules, field definitions, and operational procedures
- Prepare reliable and usable datasets for analytical teams
- Support platform testing phases, especially on data entry, validation rules, and output quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and quality processes
- Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a changing environment
- Diplôme Bachelor (minimum) ou Master en sciences de la santé, data science, statistiques, épidémiologie ou domaine équivalent
- Première expérience (stage, alternance ou junior) en gestion de données, administration ou support à la recherche
- Sens aigu du détail et forte sensibilité à la qualité et à la fiabilité des données
- Bonne organisation personnelle et capacité à suivre des processus de manière rigoureuse
- Compétences en communication permettant de traiter efficacement les demandes liées aux données
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel) et connaissance d'au moins un outil de traitement de données (R, Python, SQL, SPSS ou équivalent)
- Intérêt pour les environnements liés au sport, à la santé ou à la recherche (atout)
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (le français et/ou l'allemand constitue un avantage)
