Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader to define and govern operational standards across its MedTech distribution network. The role combines strategic oversight of owned and third-party facilities with responsibility for continuous improvement, benchmarking, and cost optimization across global supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy global operational standards across owned and third-party distribution centers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and internal/external benchmarking across the network
• Develop cost-to-deliver models and data-driven strategies to optimize performance
• Build and lead a high-performing global team while driving leadership capability development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and health and safety requirements

Requirements

• 12–15+ years progressive supply chain operations or warehouse management experience
• Proven deployment of operational standards across global logistics networks
• Expertise in benchmarking, performance analytics, and cost-to-serve modeling
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in supply chain or related field preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities and global stakeholder management skills
