Job description

• Develop and implement the global training strategy in alignment with the company’s sales objectives and brand positioning
• Define training frameworks, standards and KPIs to ensure consistency and excellence across all markets
• Create and deliver impactful training programs covering product knowledge, brand storytelling, sales techniques, clienteling and customer experience
• Translate brand values and product strategy into engaging learning experiences for commercial teams worldwide
• Support subsidiaries, distributors and retail partners with tailored training solutions adapted to local market needs while maintaining global standards
• Act as a key interface between Headquarters and local markets to ensure effective knowledge transfer and alignment
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, toolkits and digital learning content
• Manage and continuously update the Rado e-learning platform in line with product launches and strategic priorities
• Conduct international training sessions, workshops and on-the-job coaching in local markets
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs and sales performance indicators
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to align training initiatives with business priorities

Professional requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in international sales training, retail training, learning & development or a related field
• Strong understanding of B2B and retail sales environments, ideally within the luxury, premium or consumer goods industry
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering training to international audiences
• Experience in developing training content and digital learning solutions
• Ability to travel internationally (approximately 30 - 40%)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital learning tools

Languages

• Fluent in English
• Additional languages would be a strong advantage
