You'll work from the very first instants til the end on challenging digital projects for a wide range of clients, and you're the person in the room who makes the red thread visible.

Your profile as Digital Designer

• You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates visual ambition and conceptual
  depth – you develop concepts with a strong creative vision, know how to turn them into compelling stories, and communicate them in a way that sticks.

• You guide clients through creative decisions – with clarity, confidence and the ability to make them see what you see.

• You understand the UX process well enough to collaborate seamlessly with UX designers – and you bring that understanding into your visual and narrative work.

• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and bring out the best in the people
  around you.

• You communicate fluently in German and English. French is a plus.

A day as a Digital Designer

• You develop creative concepts and carry the visual quality of our digital projects – from the first moodboard to final delivery.

• You present ideas with conviction: to clients, stakeholders and internally. You can tell a story around an idea that makes it bigger.

• You work closely with UX, Strategy, Development and Client Partners – and thrive when ideas emerge through exchange.

• You have an eye for detail and a feel for the whole: typography, colour, composition are not tools for you, but language.

• You bring impulses that move the team forward – not because it's your job, but because you can't help it.
