As part of our young, dynamic team, you will be responsible in this exciting role for both the daily operational support in internal sales and the strategic handling and further development of our cross-industry partnerships with purchasing companies, associations, and cooperatives. You negotiate and implement these together with our partners. /liliYou know how to highlight and communicate the added value of our products, system solutions, and services specifically for our customers. You are not afraid to be present at management level and conduct negotiations. /liliWith your sales responsibility in mind, you identify opportunities, develop individually tailored customer strategies, and derive concrete measures from them. /liliYou are the link between the customer and our internal interfaces, ensuring smooth information flow and coordinating field sales and internal specialist departments to guarantee excellent customer service and outstanding customer care. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliYou have several years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in Key Account Management in internal or field sales. /liliYou like people but also numbers, and have a strong analytical mindset, process understanding, and a general interest in business operations and contexts. /liliYou are proficient in M365 Office tools, especially Excel, and can professionally prepare and deliver convincing customer presentations. /liliYou are a sociable and communicative personality, have your own opinion, actively contribute, and drive topics forward. /liliA proactive, structured, and independent working style characterises you, and you enjoy growing and shaping things together with the team. /liliYou bring humour, positivity, and motivation and are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment. /liliYou have very good written and spoken German and French skills.
