• Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Act as a central point of contact, ensuring professional communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate executive schedules.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, business trips, and corporate events.
• Prepare, support, and follow up on Executive Committee and Board-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
• Develop high-quality presentations, reports, analyses, and decision-making materials.
• Support contract administration, project coordination, and various operational and strategic initiatives.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Anticipate business needs, proactively identify priorities, and provide solutions-oriented support to senior management.
The Successful Applicant:
• Commercial qualification, business administration degree, or equivalent higher education.
• Several years of experience in a comparable Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Support role.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or board-level stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Additional language skills, particularly French, are considered an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Highly organized, discreet, resilient, and trustworthy professional.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
